Genesis 16:9
AMP:The Angel of the Lord said to her, Go back to your mistress and [humbly] submit to her control.
My focus this morning is the word; SUBMISSION.
Is an act of being humble towards a matter.
There are a lot of issues that won't have led to chaos if someone had humbled him or herself enough to handle them. Because everyone wishes to talk, everyone wishes to prove a point.
Submission has a way it calms impending troubles from breaking forth. Because it takes patience along with is journey.
Although submission does not mean you should just be following someone's order dogmatically, without accessing it to checkmate what the order entails.
Submission doesn't also mean we should be stupid in our approach to matter.
But with a godly lifestyle, God wants us to put on the clothes of submission towards that your boss, your leader, your Oga, your Mistress, your Manager, your Church leader, your fellowship leaders, and your Unit leader.
Not even to leaders alone now, the Bible says: "We should submit to one another." Let every one of us put on humility as we journey on this path of faith.
I ask for the grace to be submissive for you and me, the Lord release it to us in Jesus name.
